This pattern is extremely simple! It was my first pattern that I did when I learned to knit actually. Both sides are purled so when knitting in the round you knit one round, purl one round and continue until you reach a desired width of your scarf. Mine is about 8in thick by 25in long. If you are using Lion Brand Wool Ease Thick and Quick then you will probably use approximately 1 and a half skeins it you want the width to be over 4inches.
