The Chunky Shaded Tam works up quickly in a bulky weight yarn with a size N (9mm) hook. It is meant to be oversized and roomy enough to tuck hair up into it.
In addition to yarn and hook, you will also need two buttons and a sewing needle and thread to add the strap above the brim.
