This pattern here is very easy to make - it is made in one piece using circular needles and once it is knitted it is done! No sewing up - as chunky yarn = chunky seam - not very nice.

This shrug will keep the chill of your shoulders and wear it for day or evening.

I used 3 balls Sirdar Denim Chunky but any Chunky wool that uses 10mm Knitting Needles should work. It is one size and you can easily adjust to how loose or fitted you wish it to be.
