Pattern Description from Cast On, November 2009-January 2010: “The complicated lace pattern used in these socks is one of Barbara Walker’s Charted Knitting Designs. The graceful column of stitches outlining the circles is created by a variety of decreases. In addition to yarnovers, this stitch pattern uses double increases. These socks will give your lace knitting skills a test.”
