This pattern replaces the Not Quite British Totebag.

A nice summer tote. Roomy and sturdy – no stretch. This very dense fabric is obtained through knitting and weaving..

Actually, the knitting takes no time at all – garter stitch all around - and the weaving is easy and well-detailed in the photo tutorial.

With its mid-size handles, you can carry this bag at arms length or up the upper arm. Instructions and photos for lining are included so there is no need to weave in the ends.
