I just binge-watched Outlander Season 1 and was struck by the knitted shawls worn by Clare. Perhaps for a special occasion she would wear a shawl like this. I also had a dear friend, Clare, who was often chilled when we sat and talked, whether the air conditioning or heat was pumping. Perhaps this shawl would be appreciated by the Clare in your life.
