About this Collection: Earth & Sky Collection gets its inspiration from the Earth and the Sky meeting at the horizon, which translates in the design as “Colour Blocking” using two contrast colours. And the tweed stitch pattern with the two colours gives a good transition between the two contrast colour blocks. Each design in this collection are the variants of colour blocking, and gets its colour from the varying Earth and Sky colours at different times of the day or the season.
Tunisian Honeycomb Stitch pattern is used throughout the project, giving a subtle texture to the fabric, easy to create, and no worries of curling. Also this stitch pattern creates a good tweed with two colours for the transition block.

About this pattern: The shawl is worked from one of its shortest side as the starting edge, decreases are made the right edge of the work, thus creating an easy triangle. The colour blocks are designed such that when the shawl is worn, it forms an asymmetrical pattern at the back and a set of continuous slanted stripes in the front. The shawl is best worn with a waist belt or a shawl pin to make it a classic and elegant accessory.

Finished Size: 51” (129.5cm) on the longest, 36”(91.4cm) on the shortest sides.
