This is a rectangular cowl knit flat and seamed together with a picked up garter border. It features cables in a figure-8 knot pattern to emulate the knots used in rock climbing. It’s the perfect cowl for an early Autumn outing, either on a rock face or simply rocking it in the city!

Needles: US 10 (6mm) and US 11 (8mm) straight or circular needles.
Gauge: 18 sts and 23 rows = 4” in stockinette, blocked.
Techniques used: Kitchener stitch, picking up stitches, seaming, cables.
