When spring comes my mind wanders toward knitting lace. Most recently I have been in love with the dandelion stitch.

Although the stitch is beautiful, since the scarf is knit lengthwise each dandelion row can take awhile to complete. Luckily the scarf only contains 6 rows of dandelions so it will be finished earlier than you think. Between each dandelion row is 3 rows of yarn overs giving the entire scarf an airy feel.

This pattern uses no purling making the scarf completely reversible in garter stitch.

The pattern includes 3 pages of color instructions. The lace pattern is charted.

Blocking wires are recommended for blocking during finishing.
