This darling vest is perfect for almost any weather! Comfortable and stylish to fit anyone. Use any worsted or heavy worsted weight yarn on a big needle for a nice drape. Yarn used in striped sample in size S is Schoppel Reggae Ombre 100% Merino wool, 109yds/99m per 50g ball. Color 1508 “Shadows”, 4 balls. Long sleeve version in size XL is shown in Woolfolk “Far” 100% Ovis 21 Ultimate Merino®, 142 yds/130m per 50g skein. Color 12 “Plum”, 7 skeins.

Finished Bust Size: XS 32”, (S 35”, M 38”, L 41.5”, XL 43” XXL 49”). If you are between sizes, go to the next size up. The front of the Coast Cardi is not intended to cross over or meet in the front as shown in the picture.
Materials:
• Worsted weight yarn: 440, (440, 550, 550, 660, 660) yds/400,(400, 500, 500, 600, 600)m. For long sleeve version, add 200 yds (183m)
• Size US 8 and 10 24” circular needles or size needed to obtain gauge.
• Size US 8 16” circular needle.
• 10 round stitch markers.
• Waste yarn.
Gauge: 16 sts and 20 rows = 4”/10cm in stockinette stitch. To save time, take time to make a proper gauge swatch.
