This is a pattern for elbow length fingerless mitts using fingering weight yarn. The pattern is worked from the hand up to the elbow and designed for a close, snug fit. The pattern is written to fit an adult woman with small hands and arms, but increasing the size should be simple and a paragraph of advice is given on increasing the size and customizing the fit. The pattern as written uses 230 yards of yarn (about 115 yards per glove), but the gloves can be lengthened or shortened to use more or less yarn.
