I came up with the idea for this cardigan after knitting a number of beautiful sweaters that all left my neck cold because of low necklines. So I knew I had to knit a cardigan with short rows - the rest was more or less improvised along the way.

You’ll find cables, lace, raglan sleeves, a-line shaping, short rows and i-cord bindoff with incorporated buttonholes.

The construction is bottom-up, body in one piece, sleeves in the round. Sleeve stitches are grafted for a truly seamless knit.

The instructions are written and there are charts for the lace and cables.
