I designed this hat to go with my husband’s new gloves, incorporating the same bavarian twisted stitch pattern. I enjoyed working the cables into the sharply defined crown.

Pattern is fully charted, with written directions included for all charts. The main size described will fit an average man or woman’s head (21-22”). Instructions are included to make the hat a little shorter or longer. To make a larger head, go up a needle size or two; to make smaller, use lighter worsted weight yarn. Instructions for making longer or shorter are included in pattern.
