This is a 5-colorblocked-garter-stitch scarf worked center out using short rows. The two halves are then seamed together in the middle using a crochet hook. Two strands of each color are held together while knitting the scarf.

2 strands of Sock/Fingering Weight yarns would work for this scarf. One can also knit it using single strands of DK or Worsted Weight yarns for a warmer scarf.

Materials: Sock/Fingering Weight Yarn. Wonderland Yarns “Cheshire Cat”100% superwash merino. Color - Gyre and Gimble.
Requirement: 2 Mini-skein packs of 5 colors, each pack with the same colors, 128yds per 1 oz skein. Total of 10 skeins equalling 1280 yds.
Needle Size: US 5/3.75mm 24” (61cm) circular needles.
Gauge: 22 stitches and 25 rows to 4” with US 5/3.75mm in garter stitch.
