PATTERN INVOLVES COLOR CHANGES. I DO NOT GIVE INSTRUCTIONS IN THE PATTERN ON HOW TO DO A COLOR CHANGE. IT IS EXPECTED THAT YOU KNOW HOW TO DO THIS ALREADY

Please note that the amount of yarn used and the size of this afghan depends on your own personal style of crocheting. Using a smaller hook will result in less yarn used and a smaller afghan.

Example shown was made with single crochet and a J hook. You can use any stitch you want for this pattern. However, single crochet does look best in my opinion. Hook size is dependant upon your own personal crochet technique and preference.

Length and width of this afghan will also depend on you. I crochet tight, so for me using a J hook does not produce ginormous stitches. However, some people crochet looser and a J hook would be too big.

You will need to pick a hook size you are comfortable with, create the starting chain, and then decide if it will be wide enough for you. If not, try again with a larger hook.

If at all possible, use yarn with no Dye Lot in case you run out. Red Heart Super Saver was used in the example.
