This is a cabled knee-lenth sleeveless dress that is knit in two pieces, although it would be quite easy to convert it to knitting in the round.

The gauge will be 24 sts = 4”(10cm) by 16 rows = 2 3/8” (6cm) slightly stretched. It also lists a gauge of 17sts and 25 rows = 4” (10cm) in stockinette stitch.
