This pattern is available as a free Ravelry download

I used Patons Impressions hand-dyed wool (1x100g skein). It is a single ply worsted weight (varied between worsted and sport in thickness), 50g / 1.75oz and 140m / 153y. Unfortunately, it is discontinued. Any worsted weight with a tension of 20 sts = 10cm / 4 inches using 4.oo-4.50mm / 6-7US needles would be suitable. The mitts are knit at a tighter gauge for warmth.
