The “Come Together Under God in Love” heart was designed while participating in the inspiring “Jewish Hearts for Pittsburgh” project organized by Hinda Mandell and Ellen Dominus Broude to help bring healing to members of Pittsburgh’s Tree of Life Synagogue, where the worst attack on Jewish people in US history happened and 11 people lost their lives on October 27, 2018.

This design also gives nod to all the wonderful crafters who allowed me to join my voice with theirs, and to people of all faiths who know love is stronger than hate.

My project ended up 10” across, so you may want a lighter yarn and a smaller hook.
