If you’re like me and love the feel/look of worsted weight, cold-weather items, but live somewhere that it doesn’t get too cold, this cowl is perfect for you! Its made with yummy worsted weight yarn, but the YO/K2tog rows allow from breathability so you don’t become too warm. Perfect for long color repeats, where you want to highlight the yarn, but also want a little bit more interest than plain stockinette stitch. This cowl would even look great with tonal or solid colored yarns! I’m releasing this pattern just in time for Christmas knitting as well, so don’t hesitate to make it as a gift!

I used about 1 1/2 skeins of Noro Kureyon to make this cowl, but it can also be made with one skein of Knit Picks Chroma Worsted. You can alter the cowl to fit your personal size preferences but please not that this may change the yardage of yarn needed. Gauge isn’t necessary for this project as long as you are getting a fabric that you like and that will feel comfortable against your skin.

You are welcome to sell finished objects made from this pattern, provided you link to my blog in any/all ads for you product.
