This pattern is available for free.

Coming Together is a toe-up, gusset heel sock pattern, featuring cables that travel up the foot and heel, joining together to travel up the leg.

Any fingering weight yarn may be substituted for the two (admittedly hard to get) choices featured in the pattern.
