From the book: “Basic dishcloths are great, but there may be times when you long for something a little fancier. Perhaps you want to present a dishcloth as a gift or impress that VIP who’s coming to dinner. In that case, whip up one of these and show it off. As an added bonus, creating this dishcloth will also give you invaluable practice increasing and decreasing, as it is knit from one corner to the other.”

The sample in the book was knit using one skein of Lily Sugar’n Cream.
