This cowl is a beautiful little lace and cable design that is fun to knit and easy to memorize. It was designed to go with the Sundara Yarn “Compassion” color.

The “Compassion” color was specially created to have a vibration, or wave length, that encourages the compassionate feelings within you.

When you wear this cowl, the compassion vibrations sit right next to your head and heart and help make it easier to hear the positive, loving voices within you.

To enhance the compassion vibrations you can do a simple exercise while you are knitting. Every once in a while, fill your heart with compassionate feelings, maybe imagine a time you felt most compassionate for someone. Hold the feelings for as long as you can, 20 seconds works best. Visualize the compassion running from your heart down through your arms and directly into your knitting.

This will infuse the cowl with even more compassion vibrations, giving you an added boost whenever you where it. This also works wonderfully if you decide to use a different color for your cowl.
