This folded ribbon motif was inspired by the edge of a porcelain plate.

Unlike my other designs, this one has increases and decreases on wrong side rows as well as on right side rows. Full instructions are included.

The pdf includes three chart variations: all-over pattern (top right) plus two border versions (below).

I’ve used simple color combinations in the samples to illustrate the designs as clearly as possible. You can transform the designs with variegated or heathered yarns and/or more subtle or dramatic colors.
