This is really more of a recipe with a hint or two of an actual pattern. I have included lots of notes and ramblings of how I construct a sock cuff down and toe up.

It is easily adapted to your favorite way of putting a sock together. Let’s face it, we all have our favorite way of making socks but love adding new textures to our mix. I have added the pattern repeat to the beginning of the recipe for those who don’t need to know the ins and outs of putting a sock together and don’t want want to read all my ramblings.

It only includes the size for an adult small/medium. This texture has the same give and stretch as a plain vanilla sock. It can easily be adapted for any size. The pattern stitch repeats can be decreased or increased in 4 stitch increments.

Have fun and play around with this recipe!
