Confetti Hat by Anastacia Zittel

Confetti Hat

This pattern is available as a free Ravelry download

This is a quick & easy scrap hat, designed for charity, using up your leftovers, or gift-giving. You need approximately 50-70 grams of worsted weight wool or acrylic yarn in scrap colors as desired, H (5 mm) crochet hook, & a removable stitch marker. I crochet loosely; most crocheters will need to use an I hook to get gauge.

Hat is worked from top down, in continuous rounds & is not joined. Change colors as desired. The increases in this hat are not worked evenly, so some of the rounds will look wonky, but after all of the increase rows are finished, the hat will fit perfectly!

Pattern includes directions for the plain version & the sideways ribbed version.

I give this hat to you freely; however, if you like this pattern please consider making a donation to the Alzheimer’s Foundation of America at http://www.alzfdn.org/. Thank you!

Thank you to my testers, redcurlysue, Selvedge & Crochooked, & thank you to Chaitanya (cmuralidhara on Ravelry) for her tech editing.

Feel free to make as many of these as you like for local craft fairs/auctions/raffles/bazaars, but please
do not sell finished items online. The pattern itself is not for sale. If making for charity, please let me know the name of the charity & include my contact info with the item (http://anastaciaknits.net).
