I designed this hat as a thank you to all the awesome makers that contributed to Hats for Kiddos in 2020. The amount of appreciation I have for all of you can’t even begin to be described. Here’s to staying connected and to keep the Hats for Kiddos hat drive going each year.

Yarn:
Two skeins of fingering yarn. I used KnitPicks Hawthorne Fingering in Eugene Tonal Hand Paint (color A) and Schoppel Zauberball Crazy in color 2334 Malerwinkel (color B). Two solid colors would also work well.

Needle:
Size two (2.75mm) needle for the brim and size three (3.25mm) needle for the remainder of the hat or whichever needle size you need to get gauge.

Sizing:
There are three hat sizes. The small hat will fit a head circumference of 16-17 inches, the medium hat will fit a head circumference of 19-20 inches and the largest size will fit a head circumference of 22-23 inches.
