Connor’s Hat is a versatile hat for those who cannot make up their minds about if they would like a slouchy hat, or a non-slouchy hat. This makes it the perfect solution to the age-old question that goes hand-in-hand with knitting surprise hats for others: how do they like their hat to fit?

Connor’s Hat can be worn as a slouchy hat, or can be worn with the brim rolled up for those who like their hats without the slouch. Rolling the brim can also add some extra warmth for your ears on those cooler Autumn, Winter, and Spring days.

Shown here in Louet Gems Worsted on the Teal Colourway, this hat is worked brim-up in the round on 16” / 40cm circular needles 5 double-pointed needles.

Instructions are for a 112-stitch circumference brim, and the hat is knit in this order: Brim, Body, Crown.
