A mosaic patterned cropped v-neck cardigan emulates the colourful experience of a ride in a glass-bottom boat

This cardigan is a wonderful way to use up your fingering weight yarns. The mosaic pattern stays the same but its appearance changes with each new colour. The cardigan is edged with a funky fringe on the body bottom and sleeves and with a rolled stockinette edging on the v-neck.

2 groups of colour ranges, 8 dark colours and 7 light colours.

Worked back and forth on circular needles. Written knitting instructions with chart.

Yarn required for Coral Reef, 8 colours in dark range A (darkest to lightest/A1-A8), 7 colours in light range B (darkest to lightest/B1-B7): Any fingering weight, sock, wool, or wool blend yarn of your choice,
1.75oz/50gm approx. = 200yds-230yds/183m-210m. Cover model size S, was knit with assorted sock and fingering weight yarns.

Needles ‘n’ Notions: One 3mm (US 2 1/2) 40”/101.5cm circular knitting needle or size to obtain gauge. Stitch holders, four markers, one darning needle.
