Valley Yarns Designer Series presents Cordillera, which is a cowl and a shawl! This accessory knits up quickly in Valley Yarns Peru, a soft alpaca and wool blend. Cordillera features simple yet interesting construction and is a joy to wear. This substantial shawl-cowl hybrid is worked in a pretty gradient design. The cowl starts out like a semi-circular shawl with a garter tab cast on. When the top edge reaches the appropriate length, the two ends are joined, and the cowl is worked in the round. Valley Yarns Peru is a spectacular blend of baby alpaca, merino wool, with a hint of nylon that works beautifully.
