Cornelia Counterpane Pullover
Also available at Tahki Stacy Charles.
“The pinwheel counterpanes are an adaptation of a 19th century knitted quilt. Knit in MOSS, the pullover features six textural pinwheel patches worked from the center out and pieced together for an exciting composition.”

Description from the pattern: The front of this boatneck pullover is formed with an arrangement of counterpane squares.
