The Cornwall Park Shrug is exclusively available to members of the ‘A Southern Summer’ pattern club - An exclusive pattern club for the Southern Hemisphere 2011/2012 Summer.

The shrug is seamlessly knit utilising the top down raglan shaping method. This pattern is written in full lace, which is both charted and in written format.
It comes written for 4ply/Fingering and 8ply/DK weight yarns, and in sizes 45cm high chest circumference (approximately 6-12m) to 72.5cm (approximately 10years)

The pattern is an excellent opportunity to use up single skeins of solid or semisolid wool or wool blends.


Yarn requirements:
This pattern is suitable for yarn with good elasticity and memory – this means cotton is not a good choice to knit with

4ply/fingering weight yarn : 45cm – 110m, 47.5cm – 120m, 50cm – 130m, 52.5cm – 140m, 55cm – 150m, 57.5cm – 160m, 60cm – 170m, 62.5cm – 180m, 65cm – 190m , 67.5cm – 200m, 70cm – 210m, 72.5cm – 220m

8ply/dk weight yarn : 45cm – 110m, 47.5cm – 110m, 50cm – 110m, 52.5cm – 120m, 55cm – 130m, 57.5cm – 140m, 60cm – 150m, 62.5cm – 160m, 65cm – 170m , 67.5cm – 180m, 70cm – 190m, 72.5cm – 200m
