These two easy-to-knit cowls are both worked in the round on circular needles.

  • The Corona Cowl uses two different weights of yarn; one ball is a chunky-weight and the other ball is a lighter-weight, airy, kid mohair/silk yarn. Using a 7.0 mm needle gives an open and lacy look to the lighter-weight yarn.
  • The Liberty Cowl uses a worsted-weight, variegated yarn and a 5.0 mm needle. For another look, try a solid colour, or several solid colours. It can even look great if you use 2 or 3 different colourways, then turn it upside down for a different colour next to your face! To change the size, simply add or subtract a few stitches - there is no stitch multiple to worry about.
