Corridor is a DK weight shawl that incorporates zig-zag cabled triangle panels, seed stitch stripes, and 3 center spines to add interest, intrigue and a cozy shawl that will wrap easily around and cover both shoulders to keep you comfortable when there’s a cool breeze. It is written in an alpaca/silk/merino yarn, but you could easily use a 100% wool or any other fiber mix. Knit it out of cotton, bamboo, or soy for the perfect summer coverup.

It uses twisted stitch knitting so that you can do the 1x1 cables without a cable needle. It’s a moderate difficulty pattern.

Sizing:
Height of Center Spine: 18 (23)”
Height from center spine to row ends: 35 (48)”
Width from tip of left spine to tip or right spine: 41 (52)”

Knit the large size shawl out of fingering weight yarn for medium sized shawl.
