The Cosy Leaves socks are worked cuff down. The leg is worked following an easy lace pattern making them easy and fast to knit. The heel is worked as a reinforced heel flap. After the heel turn, the gusset decreases are worked. The foot is once again worked following the lace chart. Knit a pair for yourself or as a gift for a dear friend.

Measurements: Leg circumference approx. 19 cm / 7.5, foot circumference approx. 19.5 cm / 7.75”, length of foot approx. 25.5 cm / 10.25”.

Gauge: 20 sts x 24 rnds = 10 x 10 cm / 4 x 4” in Stockinette St and 21 sts x 24 rnds = 10 x 10 cm / 4 x 4” in lace pattern and rib stitch using 4 mm (US 6) needles, after blocking.

Needles: 4 mm (US 6) DPNs.

Yarn: 100 g Sandnes Garn Perfect (80% superwash wool, 20% polyamide – 100 m / 109 yds / 50 g), colour 3161 Eikenött.
