Cotton Nets

This pattern is available for free.

From the pattern: “The cap is commenced at one ear and knitted over the head to the other ear and knitted over the head to the other ear, the plain rows going from the forehead to the nape of the neck.”

The pattern also suggests working the cap in brown single German wool, “to create a useful warm cap to put under a bonnet in winter.”
