Knit this fish in Mochi Plus or Cotton Twirl.

Level: Intermediate

Size: Fish’s body measures 8” long, excluding lips and tail and 6” wide, excluding fins.

Materials:
Uses 1 ball OR one ball each of two colors for more contrast.

Shown in Cotton Twirl 2240 β€œBlue Lagoon” and 2900 β€œNatural Ecru” and in Mochi Plus 558 β€œNeptune Rainbow”.

8” double-pointed needles in US size 9
Black and white scrap yarn (for eyes, if embroidering)
2 buttons (if using buttons for eyes)
Yarn needle
Polyester fiberfill or other appropriate stuffing material

Embroidered eyes are recommended for children under 3 years of age.

Fish body is worked in rounds. Fins are worked in rows. Some construction required to finish.
