This toe-up sock pattern was designed to be included in the November 2009 Perfect Day Yarns Dead Poets Sock Club. After a period of exclusivity to Club Members, the pattern will be made available for sale in May 2010.

The Poem that inspired Sarah Cline’s colorway and Sarah Nopper’s Pattern is Hither, Hither, Love by John Keats.

Do not be fooled by how much the slip stitch rib looks bulky or how small in circumference the sock looks, as you can see from the photos, the rib and the Lovers’ Knot motif both lay very nicely when the sock fits well/snug over the foot/leg.

Special thanks to testknitters, photographer and pattern layout lady! ♥
