Cozier - the name says it all! This sweater will make you feel cozier and look cozier than ever before! Be aware that people will be drawn to you in this cozy knit. Be prepared to hug! It’s a super quick knit at a chunky gauge of 3 stitches per inch. Easy to knit, easy to throw on with anything, Cozier is the cold weather staple I’ll be living in this fall and winter.

Yarn

For longer body, you will need an additional 95 (100, 110, 120, 130, 135, 150, 160, 170) yds.

Tanis Fiber Arts PureWash Chunky Weight yarn (113 g = 128 yds).

White sample knit in Natural colourway.

Colourful sample features: Cloak, Caramel, Rose Grey, Mint, Chartreuse, Spruce, Seabreeze, Smoke, Pink Grapefruit, Brick & Orchid. I knit random width stripes and used between 26 & 125 yds depending on the colour.

Choose any chunky or bulky weight yarn that you can knit to gauge. Hot Tip! 3 strands of fingering weight held together = chunky. Have fun!

Gauge
12 stitches and 15 rows = 4” square in stockinette stitch, on larger needle, knit in the round, measured after blocking.

Recommended Needles
6 mm (US size 10) 24-32” circular needle for body ribbing, dpn’s (or preferred needles for small circumference knitting in the round) for sleeve ribbing and 16” circular needle for collar.
8 mm (US size 11) 32” circular needle and dpn’s (or preferred needles for small circumference knitting in the round) for stockinette stitch.
