Cozy Chevron Mitts
Cozy Chevron Mitts
I love fingerless mitts, but I also love to keep my fingers warm! These mitts are designed to be worn two ways--with the cuff extended to keep your fingers warm (while I drive to work!) or folded over to match the typical length of fingerless mitts.
You’ll just need about 60g of worsted weight yarn--I used Malabrigo Rios but you could use almost anything!
I wrote the pattern in one size, but you could achieve a tighter fit by going down a needle size.
I achieved 18 stitches in 4” in the chevron pattern using size 7 needles, but if you’re interested in a snugger fit, try for 20 stitches in 4”. You’ll also need needles one size down for the ribbing.
