This was inspired by my two nieces who love the song “I Just Wanna Be a Sheep -- Baa!” OK, so their dad will be graduating seminary in a few weeks and grandpa is a retired pastor…what can I say :)!

Anyway, there were so many variations of sheep scarves, blankets etc that I kind of took what I liked and frankenknitted these for them (the other is the same only in pastels for the younger niece). Hence the pattern is free as it is not, by any means, completely “original.”

Hopefully you have some kiddos, nieces or even nephews if you used “manly” colors who might also like to be sheep!!!

They ended up being a kids’s lap size/wrap around their shoulders type size, but I don’t have any exact measurements.
