THIS is the official pattern for the Facebook #CAL2015 Crazy Threads CAL Event https://www.facebook.com/events/1531346113794801/?source=1

This is a flexible, fun and simple pattern to follow using the V-Stitch to create a figure flattering poncho even a beginning crocheter can manage as it requires no sewing or sleeves. I created it to use up scrap yarn and it’s a great project for that. I can complete an adult sized one in less than 20 hours.

for a looser/deeper neckline use your J/K hook from the start. for a tighter wearing/less plunging neckline use your I hook for the first 1-3 rounds, then work up to your J/K and adjust gauge accordingly for “hang” and drape you like :)

this is a Poncho. therefore the “sleeves” are an illusion of this particular design and the way it drapes the shoulders/arms
