A scarf for anyone in the family. It was primarily designed with my boys in mind, but after finishing it, I wanted it for myself.
The scarf weighs in a 1.1 pounds. It’s 6.5 inches wide x 65.5 inches long.

The design is a simple 8 stitch 8 row repeat using two colors.
The only two stitches used are knit and purl.

If you are just starting colorwork this is a good design to start on it is simple enough to remember the pattern and challenging enough to let you get your rhythm of using two colors.

Gauge is not normal for worsted weigh knitting, because I use smaller needles in almost all my projects. This gives me a thicker denser fabric
You can adjust needles and or yarn to make the size want.

I used all of 350 yards both colors used in this scarf. Remember if you adjust yarn or needles, adjust the amount of yarn you need.
