The Crème Anglaise Sweater is knitted from the top-down, in the round. First the neck ribbing is worked followed by short rows to shape the neckline. The lace yoke is then knitted from the chart before the body and the sleeves are divided to be worked separately in stockinette stitch. The sleeves are decreased just before working the cuffs. The neck, hem and cuffs are all worked in half-twisted rib.
