Crimson. Eleven. Delight. is the second pattern in my Doctor Who Companions inspired series.

This pattern is inspired by the amazing Amy Pond, and the wonderful complexity of her character: she is a warrior, a wife, a mother, and a woman. She does not apologise for being emotional anymore than she apologises for being badass. But even when she’s showing her worth when defending her friends against dinosaurs on a spaceship (easily at least two men) or becoming a lone samurai on a planet of “helpful” robots, she always retains her femininity.

The centre panel is geometric and structured to represent her strong side, the soft cables at the edges represents her femininity, and the eyelet edging the infinity of travelling through time and space. And the three components represent the Power of Three so important to her time as a Companion.

As written in the suggested yarn, the pattern will be approximately 152cm (5 feet) long. But the pattern is written so that it can be extended to be as long as you want.
