Toe-up Croc inserts ~ size as you go along.

Yarn is held double through out the project.

Make sure to use with crocs a size or two larger than your normal shoe size as the inserts take up room.

This pattern works best with the crocs that have the side buttons to attach the insert - I removed the back heel strap from my own.
