A photo tutorial of a crocheted baby rattle.

You will need -

4mm Crochet hook
Two contrasting colours of DK weight yarn
Wool needle
Sewing needle and invisible (or any matching colour) thread
Scissors
Circlular link (see photos)
Rattle noise (I used bells)
Stuffing
Wadding
Scraps of fabric

I got a little bored of knitting and crocheting baby clothes and wanted to set myself a little challenge. I had a look at baby rattles online and decided that I would like to make my own. Half of the crochet is in the round and the other half is flat.
It uses only scraps of yarn and they are addictive. You won’t want to make just one!
Change the faces and ears to make lots of different animals and people. Change the nosies inside, e.g. crinkle plastic, bells, etc.
I would love to see photos of your work.

This is my first pattern. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to message me.
