You can play with colors and beads using my variable PDF PATTERN for Crochet scrunchies / bracelets.

Work aids:
Crochet hook of size 3.5 mm.
Quantity : I used 1 ball of cotton yarn for TWO larger scrunchies - Machine washable to 40°C.
50 g per ball = 120 m (recommended for needles of size 3.5-4 mm. You can also use thinner yarn).

I recommend a twisted soft smooth yarn for nice lacy look, but you can use also almost any fancy yarn.
