I was thinking of what to give to my friends twin boys, when i found out she was expecting twins.
Then I came up with this beanie, and it comes with mittens and boots as well, but I haven’t made patterns for those yet.

But the beanie pattern is done and ready for the world!

This will make a perfect gift for those ready to pop a baby, but make sure to use neutral colors if you don’t know the sex of the baby yet.

Gauge is not really important, as long as you take measures of your work. You may need to make it smaller or bigger by increasing or decreasing the number of stitches, but other than that the pattern should work out fine with any baby wool yarn.

Baby merino wool or other soft yarn in the same weight category.
Measurement tape/band
Yarn needle
Hook 2 1/2 mm

You can decide yourself what yarn you want to use!
I used under 1 skein each, Dale baby wool - merino/superwash in the colors light green and dark green.
