The idea of this small shawl came to me during my stay to the Wales this winter. Croeso means “welcome”, and it is to pay tribute to the kindness, and to the wonderful welcome of the Welsh people that I decided to give it this name.
This shawl has a very beautiful aspect with a solid or slightly colored wool.

Edit of the 19.10.2014: I have just seen again the model, by correcting the errors, by giving additional explanations for certain elements and by adding 2 rows for the balance of the shawl.
Thank you to all the kniters who gave me help to do it!

If you have any problem to download the PDF, send me a message and I will send it to you.
The PDF to download is down my blog page “ Croeso Shawlette in English”, the link is orange.

If you have problems with picot edging, have a look on this video
but bind off 6 stitches instead of 4.

¡ Y como internet es recorrido por bellas personas, este modelo está ahora disponible en español gracias a una amiga del trozo del mundo, Ana María qué tuvo la gentileza inmensa de traducir estas páginas graciosamente!

about row 77 , (which cause many problems sometimes!!):

R77:k3, Yo, k1, Yo, SSK, k1, Yo,
For this part , begin with k3, 1 Yarn over, and then k1, after that , you repeat this motive “1 yarn over , 1 SSK” until you have 1 stitch left before the first stitch marker, so you knit 1 and you make 1 yarn over.

( M, T1,T2,M, Yo, k1, Yo, SSK, k1, Yo) x2, M
There , slip the stitch marker, do twist 1 and twist 2, slip the stitch marker, 1 yarn over and knit 1, then repeat “1yarn over, 1SSK” until you have 1 stitch left before the next stitch marker, so you knit 1 and you make 1 yarn over. Then repeat all of that one more time.

, T1,T2,M, Yo, k1, Yo, SSK, k1, Yo, k3. (210st)

for this part , make twist 1, twist 2, slip your stitch marker, 1yarn overn k1, repeat “1yarn over, 1SSK” until you have 4 stitches left on the row, and then k1, make 1 yarn over and knit 3.
