This is a pattern for an ornately cabled shawl, which is 20 1/2 inches wide and 74 inches long. There are also instructions contained within the pattern for a stole, (15 1/2 inches wide); a wide scarf (11 1/2 inches wide, and a narrow scarf, (7 inches wide) giving you the choice of what you’d like to make.
This stole is knitted with light worsted weight. It is composed of 4 distinct Aran Cables, much like the Fisherman Shawls of yester-year.
The stitches are Charted ONLY.
Skill Level: Intermediate (assuming a very good working knowledge of cabling .)
There are also instructions for an optional crocheted border, should you want it edged.
The yarn used in the sample is Handmaiden’s Organic Chinook yarn. The shawl was expertly tested by Cathy B, who can be contacted at: hooksandsticks@gmail.com

The pattern is for sale here on Ravelry and in my Etsy Shop in the Shawl/Stole/Scarf section (https://www.etsy.com/shop/WearableArtEmporium?section_id=…
